We like to think of ourselves as seasoned professionals in monocouche render, having done many houses when working on site, and for our domestic customers.

What is Monocouche Render?
Monocouche rendering is decorative, weatherproof render that is applied to the exterior of buildings, the name is French and literally means "one coat" also known as "through-colored render" or "scraped finish render". Monocouche render is a dry powder that's mixed with water before application.

We apply one scratch coat followed by one topcoat and trowel it to finish.

Why use Monocouche Rendering

Weather protection: Monocouche render protects buildings from moisture and UV rays.
Options: you can add colour from a sizeable palette
Crack resistance: Monocouche render is designed to maintain its integrity even in challenging environments.
Low maintenance: The color is consistent throughout the render, so chips or scratches don't expose different layers.

Monocouche can’t easily be patched up and you can see where repair.

Any rendering is best applied in moderate temperatures and dry weather conditions.
