Repointing is the process of repairing the mortar between bricks or stones in a wall. It's an important way to maintain the structure of your home and keep it dry. if your mortar is loose, crumbling, or weathered away or when the mortar joints are open or exposed it is time to repoint.

We remove the damaged mortar, fill the joint with a new mortar mix then gently rub the filled joint over before it dries. Repointing will improve the look of your home, older homes you will find that new mortar can help reduce damp and improve the durability of old walls.

We repoint chimneys as well as walls.
